B.A., Kean University, 2015 Music Education *Currently attending New Jersey City University for a Masters in Jazz Performance (started in 2015) anticipated graduation 2018. About Kyle Hill Saxophonist/Multiple Woodwind artist Kyle Hill holds an music education degree from Kean University graduating Summa Cum Laude. He is currently pursuing his Masters of Music in Jazz Performance degree at New Jersey City University (Jazz Saxophone). Kyle has studied with some of the worlds greatest saxophonists, Andy Fusco (Alto saxophonist in the Buddy Rich Big band), Walt Weiskopf (Saxophonist of Steely Dan), Jim Snidero, and Bob Malach. His intensive undergraduate and current graduate studies have formed him into a professional and versatile performer playing many different styles ranging from Jazz, Classical, to Pop music. Kyle particularly enjoys playing jazz music as well as rock, reggae, and pop. Kyle currently runs his own private studio for lessons. He teaches a variety of instruments (guitar, woodwinds, piano) to students of all ages. He works extremely hard for his students to help them achieve not only musically but in their everyday life. His passion, determination, and hard work are key qualities that will push Kyle to be the best musician and teacher he can be. Kyle is now currently accepting new saxophone, flute, clarinet, and guitar students. He encourages his new students to study with him privately with his in-home lesson service. |
